Housing prices are even cheaper now. But it's also harder to get a loan to pay for the house. Good for those with great credit.

Interesting post.
This problem of the itinerant rich seems intractable, excepting some pervasive international cooperation and that seems unlikely any time soon.
Do you have an opinion as to why fairly small variations in ability and circumstances (they appear that way to me) conspire to cause such huge variations in wealth?
If it is down to hard work then perhaps they get what they deserve and we should not complain.
Also, are we simply complaining that they have a lot of something that is not too important anyway?
There are good examples of stable societies where wealth and power are highly concentrated.

Inter-bank securitization largely depends on US-imposted energy contracts with Europe during the 60s and the related cheap-oil / easy-money greed-technology's instrumental engineering of the cold-war era. Industrial dominance and systemic financial abuse is deeply rooted in the Public-Private Partnership doctrine, of which the International Gasunion (Nederlandse Gasunie)still is the globe's most prominent example and never explained.

Try to comprehend the global complexxon related to the Royal Dutch Disease:

Hi,
I like the way you write about Money, Finances and bank ..Its really different and interesting ... keep the momentum going ..I hope this will really going to help me in future while making investments...I hate banks. They do nothing positive for anybody except take care of themselves. They're first in with their fees and first out when there's trouble.Central banks don't have divine wisdom. They try to do the best analysis they can and must be prepared to stand or fall by the quality of that analysis..
brilliant. .

Banks are actually softening up. A client of mine (with 700+ FICO), negotiated a 50% reduction on a 2nd in order to sell her house. She knocked $20K off and brought $20K to closing. That was jaw-dropping.
